Ayurvedic Cook Along with Chef Aria

Let’s cook together! Cook-Alongs are a great way to add to your creativity and ease in the kitchen! I am invested in you. I want to share recipe ideas that tantalize your taste buds, are good for your health and make efficient use of your time.  Coming up next is a clever way you can make a delicious Dal for dinner and yummy Hummus for lunches or snacks the next day at virtually the same time. Join me virtually in my kitchen, from the comfort of yours!

Carrot Ginger Dal & Sesame Carrot Hummus

Indian meets Mediterranean in this mash-up.  Dal is a nourishing traditional East Indian staple.  Hummus, you would typically find on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern menus.  In this cook-along we take creative license and make it our own. Hummus is great in wraps, sandwiches, as a dip, or dollop on your favorite steamed veggies.  Dal can be enjoyed as a soup, served alongside chicken, over rice or your other favorite whole grain.  Join the adventure!

*We will be using a CuisineArt & hand held Immersion blender.  At least one of those or a blender will also work.*
